Using a a variety of energy shifting techniques, Deborah will help you to activate your soul's energy in your body, so that you can live your highest frequency live experience.
Classes
"Soul Activation" is the awakening of your spiritual energy in your physical body so that you can live a higher frequency experience here on earth. It's called "Amplified" because we are working with the assistance guardian angels and spirit guides, in group settings to strengthen and support each other's expansion. Deborah's spirit team is led by a guide known as Asa, who's name means, "healer or physician." Asa's work on this plane is to help facilitate deep inner healing, so that we can be the best versions of ourselves.
Using a combination of Meditation, Inner Journeying, Reiki, Energy Clearing, Breathwork, Conscious Awareness, Sacred Sound, Emotional Release and Gentle Stretches, Deborah creates a unique process that helps you to relax deeply and awaken your soul's energy in your body. As you do, you will release old patterns and programs, allowing your true self to surface.
This technique often leads to an altered state of consciousness, so please be in a space where you can relax deeply and not be interrupted. PLEASE DO NOT DIAL IN WHILE DRIVING or plan to drive immediately following the session.
Some people find it helpful to rest or sleep after a session. It often takes 3-4 days to fully anchor and integrate the new energy templates, so give yourself plenty of rest, hydration, nourishment, fresh air, gentle movement and loving space to process emotions.
All calls are recorded so that you can revisit them any time and deepen your energetic shift.
